Computer Support Technician

We provide comprehensive engineering services in all areas of infrastructure, transportation, tunnels, water, wastewater, environmental and pipelines.

Our Pearland, TX office is currently seeking a Computer Support Technician with a minimum of 2 years experience in computer hardware/software to assist with daily computer operations.  A Bachelor's degree in a related field and Microsoft certification is preferred and the ability to demonstrate problem solving skills, as well as good verbal, analytical and written skills are required.  Duties will include installing software/hardware, troubleshooting desktops and laptops, upgrades, computer deployment and user support. Must be able to redeploy existing resources to critical areas, effectively handle user questions and resolve problems with minimal supervision as well as troubleshoot both LAN and WAN connectivity issues. Knowledge of MS Office applications must include Outlook, Word and Excel.  Knowledge of engineering design and CAD and GIS software packages is a plus.  Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to branch office locations. 

Local candidates are strongly preferred.
