Coastal Water Resources Engineer .
MSCE (Coastal Engineering) 5 years experience in coastal, water resources and civil projects. Job Description : This position will handle water resources, coastal and civil projects. Position will be responsible for preparation of civil plans and specifications and modeling. Position will utilize GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, ADCIRC, 3D and coastal models. This position will assist in:Design and analysis of sediment dredging operations, pipeline conveyance and slurry containment; numerical studies of coastal processes including cross-shore (beach profile) modeling and restoration designs; shoreline modeling; morphological modeling and wave modeling; preparation of inlet management plans; design of coastal structures; and sediment/littoral budget analysis. Hydraulic and hydrodynamic analysis experience in coastal inlets and coastal wetlands.Ability to work closely with supervisors, peers and subordinates.
