Position Description:

You will be part of a top-notch multi-discipline engineering team that is tasked with the design of new facilities for a national laboratory.You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of activities, such as analysis for seismic, impulse and other dynamic loads as well as the design of concrete structures, foundations, and structual steel.You will interface with a wide range of Sargent & Lundy management and technical staff in the execution of your engineering activities.

Qualifications:

BS or MS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.At least 4 years of experience in power plant or industrial design engineering and design.Experience with commerical analysis and design software, such as STAAD, SAP, SAFE, and MathCad is required along with knowlege of codes associated with structural steel and reinforced concrete.
