Civil/Structural Engineers - Bridges and Geotechnical
Hatch Mott MacDonald is a leading North American Consulting engineering firm with a century of worldwide experience. We have over 50 offices in the US and Canada and are headquartered in Millburn, NJ. We provide comprehensive engineering services in all areas of infrastructure, transportation, tunnels, water, wastewater, environmental and pipelines.
We are seeking Civil Engineers and/or Structural experience with NJ bridge design experience or geotech experience to work in our Millburn, NJ headquarters. Candidates must have a BS and/or MS in Civil Engineering and a PE License is a strong plus.
Bridge Engineers must have a mnimum of 6 years experience related to the evaluation, rehabilitation, and design of highway bridges. Knowledge of AASHTO design specifications is also required. Familiarity with CADD and standard desktop design software is a plus. Position may involve some local travel.
Geotech Engineers must have a minimum of 8 years experience related to foundation design, including bridge foundations, seismic analysis, pile analysis, subsurface investigation, soil analysis, soil testing and lab work, slope stability and dam analysis. Experience with geotechnical analysis of landfills is a plus.
