Salary to $120K + bonus

A local Design-Build company has an immediate opening for a Senior Engineer Manager position for its Placerville, CA office.
Our client, an engineering firm, is currently seeking a Senior Engineer Manager to join their team in Placerville. Placerville is located in the foothills of El Dorado County … half way between Lake Tahoe and Sacramento. The area has great schools, outdoor activities, and a nice climate for work and play.

The ideal candidate will typically have:
• Minimum 8 years experience in geotechnical or structural engineering and PE required, SE or GE desired
• Experience in leading design-build projects, preparing plans and specifications for foundation support
• Demonstrated ability to be an objective decision-maker showing balanced consideration of business issues
• Familiar with standard project management methodology
• Ability to develop a positive working relationship with peers and management
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 08 is preferred
• Knowledge of RISA preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to manage and lead team of Engineers
• Establish goals for projects with team
• Exemplary Communication and Customer Service skills
