Civil Engineering Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial, industrial and residential site development projects. You will act as the project lead for the internal project team as well as in the client arena. You will attend client meetings, prepare proposals, perform workload forecasting; develop project schedules and budgets; lead entitlement and design efforts; review project technical information; market the firm’s services and represent the firm at industry functions.

Additional Requirements:
·BS in Civil Engineering
·Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
·Experience managing groups of 3 to 4 individuals
· Minimum 6 years experience in Civil Engineering
·Knowledge of AutoCAD including Softdesk/Land Development Desktop
·Experience using Stormshed, WWHM
·Experience with cost estimating, site planning, permitting in local counties,
storm/sewer/water design
·Experience drafting/designing on commercial/retail, industrial or residential site development
projects
· A personal commitment to excellence
