40 year old California based manufacturer of off-the-shelf and custom-engineered extractors and rotational holding fixtures is looking for a certified Welder/Fabricator to join their team. This is a small company based out of Vista, CA who attributes their success to their proven ability to provide customization of a standard product in short lead times and at a cost typically associated with standard off-the-shelf tools. Excellent opportunity with a growing company. Pay rate up to $25.00/hr DOE. Qualified candidates must have 5 years experience in TIG & MIG Welding.Required Certification: MIL-STD-1595A OR AWS D1.1-Steel 1/2" A36, GMAW - Spray 1G FlatAWS D1.1-Stell 1/4" A36, GTAW, 3G UphillAWS D1.6-Stainless Steel 1/4" 304, GTAW, 3G UphillAWS D1.2-Aluminum 1/4" 5052, GTAW - AC 3G UphillMilitary background preferred but not required.Must be forklift certified.Able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.Must be willing to submit to and pass a background check. Candidates will be required to provide a copy of their driving history from the DMV.***Applicants MUST have the required certification to be considered for this opportunity.
