US-Texas-Dallas Area-CNC Manufacturing Engineer Our client a Fortune 300 powerhouse near Dallas, Texas is seeking a Plant CNC Manufacturing Engineer. The person will be a degreed individual that has an outstanding understanding of CNC Machinary. Our client is Recognized as one of Fortune Magazine’s Most Admired Companies, and #1 in its category. It has been rated by Money Magazine as one of the best 70 Blue Chip stocks to buy for the long run is seeking this person to Impact their plant operations. Our client loves top talent and has hired many of those recently from us. The person must be looking for a company where they can rapidly advance as the ideal candidate will be looked to move into a larger operations role in 2-3 years maximum. Must be a self starter who likes to where multiple hats, and get involved in decisions that directly impact the company’s bottom line. Must not be afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved in Operations. The Company has grown faster than their competitors and they plan to keep exceeding industry growth rates through share gains, aggressive new product development, international expansion and acquisitions.Company obtains competitive advantage through excellence across multiple disciplines including; general management, manufacturing, marketing, finance, human resources and business development. The systems provides the tools and methodology to continuously advance quality, delivery, customer service, and reduce cost. Background and Skills BSEE or BSME degree Must have CNC Experience. This is a must! Heavy manufacturing and assembly plant experience. Experience working at General Electric, Emerson, or a Tier One Automotive supplier a huge plus. U.S. Citizenship or Green Card a must. Company does not do Sponsorships. Prefer local but will consider a renter that could move with a small sign on bonus.
