An Indianapolis-based design/fabricator/construction company is looking for an individual with 2-3 years experience in CAD and the willingness to grow with a nationwide firm. The potential candidates should have the following skills:

Must be able to read construction blueprints and project specifications

Strong organizational and communication skills

Work well under pressure in an active environment to meet deadlines

Be able to complete a set of working drawings for construction

Fluent in the Auto-CAD, Inventor, Excel Word Programs

Auto-CAD 3D capabilities helpful

Self-motivated and able to work wtih little or no supervision.

Additional job assignments would include working with outside project architects and engineers, have ability to interact in small or large group settings to accomplish goals, be able to have some on-site job visits, and take a leadership roll wtihin the design team.
