CAD Designer
We currently have an exceptional opportunity for a Junior CAD Designer in our New York office to join our Technology Group. MAJOR ACTIVITIES: Draft redlines • Provide design assistance • Assist Designers and Engineers in calculations • Create floor-plans, one-line diagrams and panel schedule drawings in AutoCAD from redlined drawings • Apply skills to produce drawing consistent with instructions, guidelines and standards • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Familiarity with one of the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades a plusProficiency in converting architectural backgrounds3+ year’s relevant experience with current version of AutoCADProficiency in AutoCAD – MEP 2008 (a huge plus)Prior experience with an engineering firm a huge plusMS Excel; MS Word Proficiency See Job Description
