Consultants
Professionals and recent graduates with a degree in Engineering
Typical consulting projects are comprised of process analysis, process redesign, implementation of new processes, introduction of quality methods, cost-optimization, project management and planning. Our consultants analyze given situations, define solutions and implement them. They support our clients methodically, conduct and moderate workshops and actively drive changes. Our consultants work with a high level of self-responsibility and are in direct contact with our clients in engineering, manufacturing and management. They do not perform typical engineering tasks but deal with the organizational challenges in a technical and corporate environment.
Currently vacant projects include:
· Software Requirements Management for Hybrid Software
· Project management in an strategic engine development project
· Process redesign, implementation and execution of Hybrid prototype build up planning
· Launch management for engine production
Qualified candidates are professionals or recent graduates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology. Through experience in industry they have an understanding of common processes and typical problems. They are interested in the organizational challenges surrounding product development, production and logistics and have the drive to change existing patterns. They are analytical and creative in conception and assertive in execution. Their outstanding communication and social skills make them good team players and successful in dealing with people from various departments. Fluent command of the German language is desirable for some of our international projects but not necessary.
