Associate Documentation Specialist

Position Summary:
This position is accountable for the maintenance of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals and documentation.



Essential Functions and Accountabilities: Assign and maintain product and component part numbers, bills of material and engineering change orders.Maintain and distribute printed circuit artwork releases and upgrades between engineering, purchasing and vendors. Coordinate the design and release of packaging between engineering, purchasing and marketing.

Position Requirements:
Completion of high school or equivalent.  Prefer a candidate working toward degree.  Strong communication skills a must.  Requires reading, writing skills and an aptitude for numbers and detail oriented work requiring a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office and Outlook software applications.
