Responsibilities:

Provide, manage and train the Applications Group to:Support and generate new account penetration strategies Provide accurate telephone application support, technical support services, trade show support Develop and maintain up-to-date training material Train Representatives, Distributors and appropriate employees  Develop and maintain high quality up-to-date demonstration tools Develop and use application tools, motor sizing programs, speed/torque curves and application guides Assist new product development by providing marketing input on new product features Improve collateral material  Interface with Engineering and Manufacturing in decisions to offer product “specialsâ€� when requested by the field sales organization Provide feedback to Regional Managers in troubled prospect/account situations

Requirements: BSEE or BSME – MS a plus Ten years experience minimum in stepper motor, servo motor, AC motor, DC motor, sensors, PLCs and controls technology Deep knowledge of stepper and servo motion control technology, including mechanical, electronics and software Strong “soft skills� and team player. Communicate effectively with individuals of diverse professional backgrounds. Be objective, open-minded, and skilled at building consensus. Business maturity to deliver calm and composed responses under pressure situations. Typically will work on and oversee more than one project at a time. The prioritization of these activities is necessary to meet project timelines. Be comfortable taking ownership for projects. Strong leadership, influencing skills and a strong results orientation.
