We are gaining market share and need the assistance of a driven, detail oriented person with a strong desire to master a niche market and build relationships in the sanitary food equipment business.

 

Job Purpose:

Serve customers by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of equipment and services. Help provide AGC's cradle to grave level of service to customers.

 

Duties:

·        Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.

·        Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

·        Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.

·        Gains customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.

·        Submits orders by conferring with support staff.

·        Performs field service calls to solve customer issues and build customer confidence in products and services.

·        Design heat exchanger and process solutions.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

The idea candidate would have a background in dairy processing technology with a BS in an engineering discipline and a strong hands on “make it happen� positive attitude. Strong communication and computer skills are required as we put the tools in the hands of our sales engineers to make informed decisions with the customer.
