Exciting career position with one of the leading engineering firms in the automation field. We have a position that will take you to exotic national and international locations to work on major crane involved projects. We are looking for a "hands on " engineer to join our team to serve as a technical leader for new product and/or application development projects.

Major Responsibilities:

* Coordinate technical details for motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, sensors, and automation equipment suppliers

* Analyze power systems for crane project

* Provide technical support to our field sales and field engineers

* Prepare technical proposal specifications, detailed costs analysis and price quotations

* Lead technical presentations

Must have the following qualifications:

* BSEE or experience with related field

* Two years experience as application engineer for motors, drives, transformers, switchgear, and/or sensors

* Experience with AC and DC drive systems

* Crane system experience
