We are looking for an Applications Engineer to join our team in the Blair, NE area. This position includes analyzing customer needs and seeks solutions to customer design problems in order to integrate company products into customer's systems or subsystems. Primary purpose is to apply current products to increase market penetration. Under supervision, performs analysis, implementation, testing and documentation using application design documents and requirements specifications. Travel is required.
RequirementsBS from four-year College or university in Chemical, Electrical or Computer Science or related experience in D/3 or other DCS application programming2 years experience in related DCS application engineering Plant instrumentation, control and automation practices preferred.Programming experience a must.Able to read P&IDs, work well with customers and follow sequence programs.
