Various Administrative Assistant positions available. Administrative position for fast growing department. Duties to include assisting in managing 500+ field employees on an administrative level: reviewing timesheets, mileage logs for a fleet of 120+ vehicles, coding employee expense reports and vendor invoices. Working with HR and payroll department on insurance, direct deposit, tax issues. Mailing out checks to 500+ field employees semi-monthly. Other duties may include mailing, ordering office supplies, issuing advances, running financial Reports, assisting in asset tracking. Our department is growing rapidly and we are looking for a reliable individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily. We are working towards updating our processes and establishing written policies to improve our work flow. Lots of room for growth and advancement. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook Same department is looking for someone with some HR experience to assist with new hires and prospective employees. Complete paperwork such as I-9's, etc. Clerk for fast moving department. Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel experience. Be able to provide support to staff.
