Essential Duties:Code and enter invoices into Deltek on a weekly basis Maintain all accounts payable folders located on the S:drive Uphold all accounts to assure we are in good standing Order office supplies Maintain and procure all company general and professional liability insurance Review AP transaction lists on a weekly basis Maintain Petty Cash account Update all AP spreadsheets on a monthly basis Insure all company vehicles have current and up to date insurance Order new or replacment cell phones through the SSC for inspectors Maintain Fleet Fuel account Manage cell phone, air card, and toll tag spreadsheets for inspector/directors as well as the accounts Enter PO's for clients Manage Bank of America weekly transaction reports from Fort Worth

Support Pennsylvania / Guardian operation:Enter permit applications on a weekly basis Create Petty Cash checks when needed Maintain all insurance for active clients Create project numbers for Guardian tasks/inspections Generate invoices for Guardian inspections on a weekly basis Enter Credit Check Request into Deltek Required Experience

At least one  year of experience in A/P Coordinator role
