Summary: Utilizes gained skills within culinary arts, food service operations, R&D, and/or engineering to provides support to customers and international sales team by assisting with new product developments, operational improvement initiatives, product training, and presentations. This position will also be responsible for developing new customer relationships and some sales activities, as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Â
Â
Provide direct support to key customers through proactive assistance with menu vision expansion, maintaining quality excellence brand standards, leveraging technology and/or improved operational methods to increase BOH restaurant efficiencies, and creating partnerships with other core suppliers.
Â
Assists with operational and service training for regional BMUs, franchisees, distribution networks, manufacturer representative partners, and service teams globally.
Â
Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from trade articles, business directory, industry ads, trade shows, internet research, and other sources.
Â
Assists with the development of sales strategies and coordination of marketing initiatives that will increase gross sales, profitability, and market saturation for the assigned region.
Develops and maintains relationships with engineering, R&D, marketing, SCM, product excellence, and other applicable teams within customer networks.
Assists with investigation and resolve of customer concerns.
Attends trade shows.

Education/Experience:
One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Â
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written and verbal communications.Â
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.Â
Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
