Corrpro is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This position is open to be based in either Medina, OH or Houston, TX. This position will be responsible for managing fleet activities for Corrpro's U.S. Operations including development of fleet administration standards and generating policies, assistance with preparation of annual fleet budget and periodic reportings. Lease of vehicles and equipment and control over maintenance, repair and replacement. Will oversee a fleet of 300 vehicles. Essential Functions *Manage relationships with multiple third party fleet providers*Integrate new third party fleet providers*Design and implement asset tracking procedures for fleet units, including leased and owned*Solicit discount proposals from manufacturers and negotiate annual agreement with one manufacturer*Identify and communicate list of units to be replaced prior to annual budget preparation*Maintain and update Fleet Policy as necessary*Report compliance with fleet acquisition/replacement guidelines*Report metrics for acquisition of vehicle factory and 'out of stock' acquisitions*Provide budgetary estimates for monthly lease cost for various types of vehicles and lease terms*Maintain detailed vehicle database for use by administration, accounting, safety and third party insurance provider*Update standard vehicle specifications*Identify, communicate and implement industry 'best practices'*Review requests and obtain approval for acquisition of all vehicles in compliance with company policy.Coordinate With Other Internal Groups Responsible For:*IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement)*IRP (International Registration Plan ' apportioned plates) annual renewal*Personal usage reports and auto allowance reporting*Heavy highway use tax*Fuel card program*Insurance cards*Identification of vehicles requiring DOT compliance*Accident managementClimateUp to 25% travel required.*******************************************************************Corrpro Companies, Inc. offers a comprehensive benefits package: Medical including Vision, Rx, Dental, Wellness Program, 401(k), paid vacation, company paid life insurance, short and long term disability. Minimum of five years fleet supervisory/management experience. Excellent knowledge of light fleet vehicles (cars, pickups from 1/2 ton through 1 ton cab and chassis).
