Wellness Coordinator

Apache is seeking an individual as an independent contractor to serve as a worksite wellness program implementer and health management consultant for its U.S. based employees.  Responsible for implementing and sustaining worksite delivery of Apache's Wellness Program and serve as a knowledgeable resource for the Company's third party wellness resources.  Successful candidate must have strong program planning skills and understanding of behavior change theory as well as proven communication, organizational and time-mangement skills.  Must have the ability to motivate individuals to produce long-term health behavior changes through effective health promotion program delivery.
