Join our team.  We are currently seeking candidates for: HVAC/R District TechnicianTopeka, KS The HVAC/Refrigeration Technician is as varied as a job can be. The environment is quick paced, consistently challenging and change is the only constant. You could be placed in a district consisting of Walmart stores, Supercenters, Neighborhood Markets and Sam’s Clubs. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning equipment and the energy management control of that equipment. A District Technician must: Possess the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and make all the necessary repairs to HVAC/Refrigeration and energy management equipment, including comprehension and interpretation of wiring schematics Possess the technical ability to properly install replacement components, such as compressors, motors, bearings, etc. Possess the needed skills to perform all repairs by having thorough knowledge of all the tools of trace (Recovery, Recycle equipment, Soldering techniques, multi-meter, etc.).
