Knowledge of proven quality improvement techniques and processes is the key to success in the Sr. Excellence Lead position at Halliburton. Responsibilities of this role include facilitating process improvements across manufacturing operations, establishing analytical approaches, and applying proven structured process improvement techniques to support manufacturing operations and key external suppliers. Leading teams to address specific issues, maintaining awareness of industry trends and advances in management systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process are other responsibilities of the job.
An undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field is required. Must also have 6 to 9 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.
