Not everyone can do this job; but we're not looking for just anyone. Exporting is critical to Halliburton's position as a global leader. As an International Trade Compliance Administrator, what you do is vital to keeping the company's Export Management System (EMS) under control. You will be involved in the interpretation of regulations from various U.S. Government agencies, along with performing diversified and specialized administrative functions, training personnel, auditing the EMS for non-compliance, and liaising with foreign operations and the export control department. You may manage Export Control Coordinators and compliance programs - and you can always expect rewarding challenges.
Requirements include an undergraduate degree in Business or related field or 4-6 years experience in export compliance, international traffic, regulatory affairs, or contract administration.
