Facilitating process improvements across manufacturing operations is what you will do as Excellence Lead. In addition, you will establish analytical approaches, and apply proven structured process improvement techniques to support manufacturing operations and key external suppliers. Leading teams to address specific issues, maintaining awareness of industry trends and advances in management systems, and evaluating the effectiveness of systems, infrastructures and management process are other responsibilities of the job.
An undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field is required. Must also have 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality environments.
