 Training & Quality Coordinator

 

Responsible for administering the training and development of the entire Customer Service staff as well as the coordination of training to other cross functional areas to support the delivery of exceptional customer services. Three key aspects to this role include Training Delivery Coordination: the professional development of staff utilizing current policies and procedures; Quality Monitoring:  tracking progress of employee’s performance through different measurements; and Education & Materials: development of all training materials and procedures, as well as providing education to internal and external customers by ensuring that the information provided on our web-site is current.

 

The successful candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.  Minimum two (2) years customer service training experience.  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.  Strong organizational and conceptual design skills.  Must be computer proficient, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  Demonstrated ability to produce training materials, promotional ideas and tracking mechanisms.  May be required to work some weekends for training or monitoring.
