Trade Floor Assistant

Provide general trade floor support for the trading and marketing floor including, but not limited to;

Essential Job Duties: Effectively use computer skills to provide support for varying levels of management and trade floor personnel- including MS applcations such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Generate and distribute daily position and margin reports from transaction management system(TEM) to trade floor personnel. Prepare and maintain timesheets and expense reports. Maintain and update contact lists. Generate and distributeletters, memorandums and proposals. Process Accounting invoices/check requests Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (In order of priority) Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, Internet, and farmiliararity with .PDF files. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle varying demand of trade floor. Strong Interpersoanl skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management. Ability to maintain confidentiality. High school diploma; college degree preferred. Working knowledge of trade floor operations and related experience preferred.
