As our Support Engineer based in our Phoenix, AZ headquarters your primary mission will be two fold. First is to provide flawless help desk and technical support to our current 50+ end users. Second will be the administration of our expanding systems and associated software and hardware for our three multi-state locations. Your strong knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, XP Pro, VPN and Office applications will lay the foundation for your success. Additional experience with printers, handheld devices, copiers and wireless services will be a big plus. The willingness and flexibility to be our primary on-call support resource 24/7 and to tackle tasks ranging from troubleshooting to setting permissions to procurement research to installation and configuration of new machines and systems will elevate your candidacy.
