Subsea Equipment Installation Engineer - Consultant

Subsea Equipment Installation Engineer - Consultant -
Offshore Experience in Subsea Equipment Installation and Design, Project Management, Manufacturing, Project Execution and Subsea Equipment Installation of Deepwater Subsea Systems is required. Candidates must have Experience in Installation and Testing of Deepwater Offshore Production Equipment. Candidates should have Installation Experience with one or more of the following; Subsea Trees, Production Manifolds, Production Pipelines, PLETS, Jumpers, Umbilicals, Hydraulic Flying Leads and Electrical Flying Leads.
Our Consultants work independently along side our clients with virtually no supervision. Blackwater Subsea Installation Consultants plan and lead the Development, Review and Approve Installation Contractors Procedures, HAZOPs and Installation Equipment selection, then over see the Offshore Installation. Blackwater Subsea Installation Consultants ensure requirements of Regulatory Codes, Industry Standards & Guidelines and Our Customer Contracts are met. Candidates must be familiar with industry codes such as MMS and Coast Guard Regulations, ASME, ANSI and API. Water Survival - Helicopter Underwater Egress Traing(HUET)and Safe-Gulf Training will be required before traveling Offshore
Blackwater Subsea Installation Consulting Engineers plan and coordinate the review, witnessing and monitoring of Offshore Installations of equipment for our clients. Travel Offshore will be required.
The Blackwater Subsea mission is to provide highly qualified Senior Management and Engineering Professionals to our clients in the energy sector. If you are an Energy Professional with five years or more experience in Installation Support and Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing or Offshore Installations of HPHT or Deepwater Subsea Production Systems you may be a candidate for the Blackwater Subsea Team. Blackwater Subsea Consultants must be highly motivated self starters capable of developing and completing complex projects with no supervision. You must have experience managing multifaceted technical projects with deepwater or high temperature/high pressure applications. Blackwater Subsea consultants must travel internationally and be willing to work offshore. You must be financially secure and have a strong desire to work as an independent contractor. Blackwater Subsea consultants are hired by our clients based on their track record and ability to produce results.
Blackwater Subsea provides Liability Insurance and has Group Health and Dental Insurance available for Blackwater Subsea Consultants.
