Position Description:

This position requires working in a project team environment with other engineers involved in the design of Transmission and Distribution systems. Responsibilities will include:â€¢ Design of overhead and underground transmission lines â€¢ Development of cost estimates and schedulesâ€¢ Preparation of specifications for the procurement of transmission line materials and structuresâ€¢ Performing calculations and preparing drawings related to site preparation, site grading and foundations

Qualifications:

Requires BS degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and a minimum 5 years experience in transmission line design. Requires knowledge of NESC code, writing specifications, cost estimating and project scheduling for transmission line projects. Experience with utilizing PLS-CADD & SAG10 software a plus.
