Startup Specialist
STARTUP SPECIALIST
Purpose:
Support CIS Manager in new plant installations and startups, as well as supporting Operation Manager’s teams to help in broad geographic area which consist of routine and/or non-routine operations of amine plants, wells, compression, and other associated equipment.
Scope and Magnitude
Will rotate and play an active role with several work teams consisting of other construction supervisors, contractors, I&E Technicians and various operational personnel to handle all facets of plant needs from refurbishments, installations, troubleshooting and operating. Employee will be responsible for company truck, tools and other equipment.

· Startups
· Troubleshooting
· Training and relief operating
· 50% or more travel
Working Relationships
1. Internal – Treating team, Environmental, Health and Safety team.
2. External – Producers, contract pumpers, maintenance and measurement personnel.
Education, Experience and Skills Required: High School diploma or equivalentDriver’s license with clean driving record5 years experience. Amine treating experience preferred, but not required.
