Entergy Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, is the second largest nuclear generation company in the United States. Entergy is planning to spin off its non-utility wholesale nuclear business into a new independent publicly traded company, Enexus. In connection with that transaction, Enexus and Entergy intend to enter into a nuclear services joint venture, EquaGen. At this time, we are seeking applicants for prospective employment with EquaGen and Enexus.

Staffing decisions will be made in a manner anticipated to result in the future success of Equagen, while maintaining continued success of the Entergy System.

Job offers for Equagen positions will be contingent on several factors, including the formation of the Equagen legal entity and the consummation of the spin transaction, which is anticipated to occur in the latter part of 2008.

External candidates who accept offers will become employed by the Entergy System pending the spin transaction and internal candidates will remain with their Entergy System employer pending the spin transaction.

Further information regarding compensation, benefits, relocation, etc., will be provided during the selection process.
