Westinghouse Electric Company Global Field Services, located in Madison, PA is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst. This position will be responsible for developing and managing workforce planning systems to yield strategic target staffing levels for multiple business segments for Field Services, incorporating required tools, knowledge and skills.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1. Analyze workforce planning data to determine short and long-term staffing requirements and sourcing strategies to meet business needs in multiple locations worldwide.2. Lead ongoing development, implementation and administration of Workforce Planning tool to facilitate production of accurate and reliable data.3. Analyze, interpret and make sourcing and staffing recommendations based on workforce planning data.4. Work with HR & Staffing representative to develop, implement and maintain processes to keep workforce planning and critical skills data up-to-date and accurate.5. Use appropriate planning tools to determine the effect of business changes on staffing models and plans.6. Identify process improvement opportunities for the resource planning process and assist in implementation of opportunities.7. Identify appropriate measures for resource planning and track/report measures.The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in non-technical field, such as Business Administration or Human Resources and typically eight to ten or more years of successful professional experience.Workforce planning and/or strategic planning and sourcing experience is highly desired. Knowledge of HR policies, process and systems, as well as strong understanding of segment business planning and metrics is expected.Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required.
