Senior External Reporting Analyst

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

1. Degree in Accounting.  CPA preferred

2. Four plus years experience in financial statement preparation, financial consolidations and general ledger accounting.

3. Public company experience preferred.Word and Excel required, with SAP and Hyperion preferred.

5. Strong written and communication skills.Ability to meet strict deadlines, and be willing to work overtime when needed.Team player and responsible individual with an entrepreneurial attitude toward responsibilities.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

· Monthly Reporting – Preparation of all equity based entries, including share based compensation under SFAS 123(R) and SFAS 128 (EPS).

 

· SEC Reporting – assists in the preparation of all SEC reports, including 10-K’s and 10-Q’s. Specifically responsible for the preparation of the Statements of Cash Flows, Comprehensive Income and Shareholders Equity.

 

· Accounting & Business Research – Research and resolve accounting and business issues; assists with the implementation and documentation of new accounting pronouncements.

 Audit Coordination – prepare / respond to external and internal auditors
