We are seeking a Service Technician who will be directly responsible for providing ongoing support to the customer, end users, distributors and sales team to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and safety.
It will be your responsibility to service, support and repair BW Technologies by Honeywell Products.
Provide punctual and thorough repair of BW Technologies by Honeywell standard products and accessories.
Train of BW Technologies by Honeywell associates in product service through ongoing seminars.
Provide the Service Manager with any and all communications that affect the management of the Service Department and BW Technologies.
Possess a through knowledge of service area programs, and takes personal initiative in order to implement according to the highest customer service standards.
Troubleshoot, and repair to assembly/component level.
Record and maintain essential test and performance data.
Provide phone support to customers technical questions and problems.

Qualifications
 
AA Electronics
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Background in gas and safety technologies is a plus.
