Ferrellgas is the second largest propane company in the United States and third largest propane company in the world.  We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Service Technician at our Raleigh, NC location. Service Technician Job Summary: Under direction of Service Center General Manager this position is responsible for delivery of propane and tank installations in an efficient, punctual and safe manner. Responsible for checking and maintaining the integrity of associated appliances. Inspects vehicle and notifies supervisor of needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance. During daily interaction with customers provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and answering inquires. Requires on call rotation for after hours and weekend emergency deliveries or response. Must possess a drive, determination, professionalism, and the desire to be a significant factor in growing our business. Requirements Required Skills: • High School diploma or equivalent • Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements preferred • Speak, read, and legible write fluent English Preferred Skills: • Experience in propane/ service tech is preferred.
