Service Supervisor call 916 773-4880Description: One of the top energy machinery providers in Sacramento is looking for a Service Supervisor for their generator fleet. This is an opportunity for someone looking for challenge within a growing company that continues to be in the top 10% of their industry. The candidate will be responsible for daily shop activities within their service department. Most of the job is handled on site but from time to time field assistance will be required. The Service Manager provides technical support to apprentices, mechanics and technicians. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating workload job assignments with dispatch and will oversee all of the safety and environmental compliance. The candidate is also responsible for following policies and procedures on personnel issues. The candidate will be responsible for developing continuing education for both apprentices and mechanics. This person will be the first point of contact for all customers with off-site equipment issues. This position requires five or more years experience in the Power Generation industry on the service side and knowledge of CAT equipment is a big plus! Requirements: Five years of supervisory experience. High School Diploma required.
