The America's Service Process Leader - Latin America Region (LAR) will be responsible for implementation of current standard Lifecycle Services business processes in the Latin America region, identify new best practices that drive productivity and improved financial performance and support the America's service Knowledge Management program.
 
This position will report solid line to the Manager of Service Business Processes - America's and dotted line to the HPS Director of Knowledge Management.  Approximately 70% of the positions time will be focused on service process related activities and 30% on knowledge management initiatives.  The position will work with functional and global leadership teams to ensure strategic and tactical goals for the Life Cycle Services (LCS) business are achieved.
 
Specific responsibilities to ensure business success will include but will not be limited to:
Implementation of pole level and global common processes
Data flow and integrity of key LCS metrics
Support/develop implementation plans for new offerings via the HDIP process
Identify and implement productivity improvement initiatives
Ensure consistency in development & pricing of service offerings
Establish cross functional relationships with all LAR resources
Establish relationships with peer Process Leads in the pole and globally to identify and implement best practices
Support preparation and implementation of SAP
Develop and manage regional skills enhance program
Establish linkages and usage of HPS Knowledge Management  initiatives

Certification
Knowledge transfer
Represent the America's service organization on Global Knowledge Management team
Support regional leadership in the development and implementation of annual resource and skills requirement plans.

Qualifications:
 
BS Degree in Business and/or Engineering;
General Management experience and/or 5+ years experience in a Service related field
Experience in working with cross functional teams
The successful candidate needs to have leadership, communication and management skills
Experience in the development and implementation of knowledge management processes
10-25% travel

 
Preferred
Knowledge of the global HPS LCS business and HPS Operations
Would consider an MBA
