Service Performance Manager

 

NiSource Inc. is seeking a Manager of Service Performance for its Smithfield, PA location. The Manager of Service Performance will work closely between NiSource Businesses Units, Governance organization and Service Providers to provide oversight for service delivery of Call Center contracted services. They will facilitate daily, weekly and monthly performance review meetings with Service Providers and update NiSource business units on service delivery results. Responsibilities include managing quality assurance program for internal operations and monitoring quality of Service Providers' performance, and management of service providers to resolve operational issues; responsible for service level attainment.

 

To be considered for this position you must have 3-5 years' experience in Call Center operations.  A bachelor's degree in business or statistics or equivalent experience is also required. You will possess experience in working with Call Center service providers. Strong analytical skills along with strong leadership and management skills will be required for success.
