They have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Transmission Planning Engineer to participate in the analysis and development of North America's expanding energy infrastructure.Responsibilities Perform baseline transmission expansion analysis in support of all aspects of a Transmission Expansion Plan.  Integrate baseline reliability analyses with market efficiency and interconnection analysis to identify bulk transmission system expansion or enhancement options.  Engage in other adequacy and reliability assessments that support the planning function. Required Background Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 to 10++ years of related experience and training. Hands-on experience with power system analysis and simulation tools. Demonstrated ability to coordinate the activities of others. An in-depth understanding of evolving industry regulatory issues Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
