Primary Responsibilities: Daily processing of order transaction exceptions. Serving as the liaison between Customer Service and the TDSP/ERCOT to correct customer order/service processing issues, coordinate switch, move-in/move-out activities, DNPs, service order expedites, etc.
Primary Skills Required: Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Good planning and communication skills Self-starter Microsoft Office tools knowledge Working knowledge/understanding of the Energy industry’s procedures for establishing/maintaining/ending electric service to retail residential customers Analysis and development of processes Assisting in development ERCOT/TDSP relationships
