Job Description:Preparation and review of foreign E&P calculations and forms 5471/8858/8865s.  Planning and preparation of FTC and Domestic Production computations. Repatriation planning and interface with Treasury group. Preparation of foreign tax calculations for quarterly tax estimates and provision under FAS109, including review of APB 23. Preparation of responses to international portion of IRS audit inquiries. Assist in implementation of acquisitions and reorganizations. Support international tax group with transfer pricing, non-income tax issues, and other special projects. Support regional tax directors with entity specific projects, when needed. Position reports to Director International Tax. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS in Accounting; CPA/MST highly preferred 3+ years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.  International tax experience is preferred. Attentive to detail, self-starter with strong accounting, analytical, research and computer skills.  Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and work effectively with all levels of internal personnel and external contacts.
