Immediate Direct Hireâ€“ Energy Services Downtown

Expanding Energy Service firm is currently seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to work closely with senior management through new acquisitions in North America and joint ventures in other parts of the world. Bachelorâ€™s degree in Accounting/Finance, MBA highly preferred Financial modeling experience, Crystal Ball preferred Investment banking experience preferred Background in oil and gas services

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Completing financial analysis for executive, corporate and senior operational managers
- Developing models for return on investments return on capital employed, financial projections, sensitivity studies and cash flow analysis
- Developing and implementing integration plans for acquired entities
- Conducting analytical work on various projects including, but not limited to, capital budget analysis, operating budget analysis, evaluation of projects and investment opportunities, evaluation of merger and acquisition targets
