Senior Business Systems Analyst - Wind Power Generation

Our client is currently implementing a Wind Generation Power application and is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to assist with in-depth business knowledge, technical systems/application knowledge, previous Dev and Test experience, solid written and verbal communication skills, personable, comfortable leading groups, knowledge of software development lifecycle.

The candidate should possess the following:* Technical understanding of how networks, systems, and applications work together; system infrastructure and applications experience; application architectures (three tier, web/app/db, middleware, integration)* Solid communication skills (verbal and written); responsible for translating business requirements into system functional and non-functional requirements* Knowledge of SDLC and RUP development methodologies; create and analyze use cases; create software requirements specs, work with business and IT cross-functional teams to define non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, availability, security, SLAs, etc.).* Comfortable leading groups of people through requirement definition sessions.* Comfortable working with Technical and Business SMEs.* Work with Developers, Tech Leads, and System Engineers in creating software and system specifications* Experience working with an Electric Utility or ISO/RTO preferred.
