Senior Bookkeeper

The Cadmus Group, Inc., a rapidly growing dynamic environmental and energy consulting firm headquartered in Watertown, MA, seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to share in our success. 

 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

§          Maintain our electronic time collection system, train users

§          Maintain Peachtree fixed asset system, prepare monthly depreciation journal entry and provide reports as need

§          FedEx - Download electronic invoices, extract invoice information to prepare cost allocations

§          Request electronic billing adjustments and submit payment information

§          Collect copy and postage totals and prepare monthly journal entries

§          Special projects as assigned.

 

MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:  

o         Experience with an electronic time keeping system strongly preferred.

o         Bachelors Degree preferred.

o         Minimum 3 years relevant experience.  

o         Accuracy working with numbers and attention to detail.

o         Data entry and typing skills, knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

o         Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail and telephone is essential.
