Seeking Senior Mechanical Engineers for New Jersey
System One is seeking Principal and Senior Mechanical Engineers for Northern or Southern New Jersey. An established and growing EPC firm in the Power Generation Industry is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineers for Principle Mechanical and Senior Engineering positions with their firm. This primary function of this position is to plan, organize, coordinate and supervise engineering activities with a specified engineering program of extensive diversified scope. This position will coordinate and direct a total project effort of medium to large sized projects. Requirements: · Minimum 12 years of progressive experience. · Minimum 5 years in a supervisory capacity.· Four year degree in an Engineering discipline (Prefer BSME). DUTIES/RESPOSIBILITIES: · Supervise a large staff of engineers, designers and technicians.· Evaluate progress of staff and results obtained and recommend major changes to achieve overall objectives. · Plan, coordinate, and direct work on a project or complex engineering program.· May be responsible for the entire engineering program.· As an individual researcher, conceive, plan, and conduct research on problem areas of considerable scope and complexity. · Makes decision and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and have important impact on extensive engineering activities. · Initiate and maintain extensive contact with key agencies and officials, requiring skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical skills.
