Sales Engineer Houston
Capital equipment for the Metal Forming and Fabrication industry. Heat treating and Melting
Our client is a US owned global industry leader with locations in North and South America, the Pacific Rim, Middle East and Europe. They are a technology leader in energy efficiency, quality and reliability. This is a growing and profitable company that offers excellent benefits and strong career growth potential.
We are looking for successful outside sales professionals that have at least 3 years experience selling capital equipment to the Metal industry. Target clients include; heat treating, forging, casting, tubular, steel and non-ferrous metals. These products are high dollar (average sales 100K to 500K) and long sales cycle. Outstanding communication skills are required as well as the ability to travel 50% to cover a 6 state Southwestern region.
Requirements
An engineering degree is preferred, but not required. You must have at least 3 years experience selling capital equipment to the Metal Forming and Fabrication industry. Strong communications and computer skills are required. You must be a well-organized self-starter. You will work out of a home office; company car and laptop are provided.
If your are qualified, you should earn SIX FIGURES.
