We are seeking a Sales Manager to grow our existing business while creating new opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:Manage the sales team to reach sales goals and profit margins. Support sales team in closing business and managing existing client relationships. Identify new markets for profitable growth. Manage personnel-related tasks (team performance, training, recruitment) Create compensation plans that are geared to managed results of revenue growth and profitability. Maintain membership's in strategic associations, industry alliances and partnerships. Manage the company's presence at appropriate industry shows and events.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience in sales management role. Must be self motivated with the ability to supervise and manage people.Excellent computer skills Strong communication skills Background in Energy/Utilities a plus!
