SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE
SUPERVISOR MAINTENANCE CHANNAHON, ILLINOISONEOK INC. is a diversified energy company involved in the distribution, acquisition, gathering, processing, marketing, transportation, and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids. We are seeking a Supervisor Maintenance for our Channahon, Illinois region facilities.
THE POSITION REQUIRES:
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of gas compressors and other rotating equipment related to the natural gas industry and use of related equipment.
· Working knowledge of use and function of microcomputers and applicable spreadsheet and word processing software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
· Working knowledge of and/or training related to company/governmental operating and safety procedures
· Demonstrated ability to interact, advise, and communicate effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to train, direct, and/or supervise; working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures.
PRIMARY DUTIES WILL BE TO:
· Supervise and direct employees engaged in activities related to mechanical work on equipment at compressor stations and pipeline facilities.
· Supervise troubleshooting and maintenance of compressor station engines and turbines.
· Coordinate system improvements and modifications and other special projects.
· Determine materials needed and prepare authorization for expenses (AFE’s) for all major maintenance items such as overhauls, top end overhauls, failures, etc.
· Perform Engine and Compressor analysis using Dynalco Analyzing equipment and Boroscopes. Compile, prepare, and/or analyze the various reports and determine maintenance requirements.
· Review oil analysis to determine potential problems and set Process Safety Management (PSM) frequencies.
· Ensure compliance with company policies related to OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements, preparing appropriate documentation.
· Provide information and/or assistance to management and employees regarding daily work activities, scheduling, operational changes, etc.
