Synergy Business Consulting requires an experienced SAP Payroll Technical Lead to support the Information Technology team at our South Florida client.  This is a direct hire and permanent opportunity with competitive compensation and excellent benefits.

 

 

Required SAP Skills:

* Production Support and New Functionality Delivery

* Use and Configuration of Tax Reporter

* Configuration /Process of Subsequent Activities (Posting to Accounting, 3rd Party, etc.)

* Off-Cycle including Process Models

* Working with BSI (TUBS)

* Hot-Pack Testing and Implementation

* Benefits Configuration and Support including COBRA

* Release 4.x experience


At least 3 years of SAP HR/payroll experience is required, 2 of which need to involve supporting Year End activities.


Requirements:


Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of SAP HR/Payroll experience with other cross functional modules
Experience in design and development in the Payroll and Time Management module, with project experience in other HR areas, such as PA, OM, and Recruitment.
Excellent working knowledge of SAP and configuration tasks in regards to Payroll and HR that include BSI Tub updates, US Taxes, payroll schema's and rules.
Experience on 4.6B preferred or 6.0
